Hallo!
Mein Name ist Roland Vieweg, und ich bin Coach und Mediator im Kunst- und Kulturbereich.
Viele Jahre habe ich als Kapellmeister an Theatern und mit Ensembles gearbeitet. Diese Erfahrung prägt bis heute meinen Blick auf Menschen, Beziehungen und die Dynamiken, die entstehen, wenn unterschiedliche Perspektiven, Interessen und Erwartungen aufeinandertreffen.
Heute begleite ich Menschen und Organisationen in Situationen, in denen etwas in Bewegung geraten ist: In Konflikten ebenso wie in Entscheidungs-, Umbruchs- oder Entwicklungsprozessen.
Dabei geht es mir nicht darum, Antworten vorzugeben, sondern darum, Raum für Wahrnehmung, Verständnis und eigene Entscheidungen zu schaffen.

My name is Roland Vieweg, and I am a coach and mediator working in the arts and culture sector.
I spent many years working as a conductor with theaters and ensembles. That experience continues to shape my perspective on people, relationships, and the dynamics that emerge when diverse viewpoints, interests, and expectations collide.
Today, I support individuals and organizations navigating situations where things are in flux—whether dealing with conflict or managing processes of decision-making, transition, or development.
My aim is not to provide ready-made answers, but rather to create space for awareness, understanding, and independent decision-making.

Mediation
Wo Kommunikation schwierig wird, gehen Verständnis und Verbindung oft verloren.
Mediation eröffnet einen Raum für ein anderes Gespräch. Als neutraler Dritter begleite ich Sie dabei, wieder in Kontakt zu kommen – mit sich selbst und miteinander.
Nicht jede Mediation führt zu einer gemeinsamen Lösung. Aber jede bietet die Chance auf mehr Klarheit, Verständnis und neue Perspektiven.
Coaching
Entscheidungen, Umbrüche und Entwicklungsprozesse können Fragen aufwerfen, auf die es keine einfachen Antworten gibt.
Im Coaching entsteht ein Raum, in dem Gedanken und Wahrnehmungen sichtbar werden, neue Perspektiven entstehen und sich der Blick auf die eigene Situation verändern kann. Im gemeinsamen Gespräch kann deutlich werden, was wichtig ist, was sich verändern soll und welcher nächste Schritt sich stimmig anfühlt.

Mediation creates a space for a different kind of conversation. As a neutral third party, I guide you in reconnecting—both with yourself and with one another.
Not every mediation leads to a shared solution. Yet, each one offers the opportunity for greater clarity, understanding, and new perspectives.
Coaching
Decisions, major transitions, and processes of personal growth can raise questions that have no simple answers.
Coaching creates a space where thoughts and perceptions become visible, new perspectives emerge, and your view of your own situation can shift. Through dialogue, it can become clear what matters, what needs to change, and which next step feels right.

Meine berufliche Laufbahn begann in der Musik. Beinahe 20 Jahre habe ich als Kapellmeister unter anderem an den Theatern in Neustrelitz, Hagen und Hof und mit verschiedenen Laienensembles gearbeitet. Anschließend absolvierte ich meine Ausbildung zum Mediator bei Consensus Campus in Frankfurt am Main nach den Vorgaben der Zertifizierte-Mediatoren- Ausbildungsverordnung (ZMediatAusbV) und befinde mich derzeit kurz vorm Abschluss meiner Ausbildung zum systemischen Coach.
Heute arbeite ich als Mediator, Coach und Künstler. Diese Tätigkeiten verbindet für mich eine gemeinsame Haltung: aufmerksam wahrnehmen, unterschiedliche Perspektiven verstehen und Entwicklung ermöglichen.
My professional career began in music. For nearly 20 years, I worked as a conductor—including at theaters in Neustrelitz, Hagen, and Hof—and with various amateur ensembles. Subsequently, I completed mediator training at Consensus Campus in Frankfurt am Main in accordance with the Certified Mediator Training Ordinance (ZMediatAusbV) and am currently nearing the completion of my training as a systemic coach.
Today, I work as a mediator, coach, and artist. These roles are united by a shared mindset: attentive perception, understanding diverse perspectives, and enabling development.
